How to prepare
- Cut 500g chicken breast and 1 onion into thin slices; add Maggi Mix, 1 chopped tomato, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons yoghurt.
- Mix well and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Place the chicken in an oven dish; cook for 10 mins, stir and cook for another 10 mins. Serve with flatbread. Enjoy!
