Baked Pasta Muffins

These deliciously cheesy bites are the best appetizer for any gathering!


  • 400 g macaroni pasta
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • A handful of baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Kabsa Mix
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dry bread crumbs
  • Toppings:
  • 3 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Cheddar cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 parsley chopped

How to Prepare

  1. Break the eggs and beat them well together.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the pre-boiled macaroni in a large bowl, then scoop into a muffin tray and top with Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 mins until lightly golden.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley then serve.
