Ingredients
- 600 g frozen okra
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried red chili pepper
- 1 packet MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic Spice Mix
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts

How to Prepare
- Preheat oven to 190°C and place rack on medium level.
- Combine okra, MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic Spice Mix, olive oil, tomato, cumin and chili flakes in the oven bag and gently toss to coat.
- Use the provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray.
- Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 50 mins until okra is fork tender
- Carefully remove from bag and serve on plate with sauce.
- Optionally garnish with toasted pine seeds.
