Barley with Beef and Mushroom Soup

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 150 g beef, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup or 100 g mushrooms, cut into quarters
  • ¼ cup or 40 g pearled barley
  • 5 cups or 1250 ml water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Vegetable Soup

How to Prepare

  1. Heat oil in a medium non-stick saucepan; add and cook beef and mushroom for 4-5 mins or until beef is brown. Add barley and water, then bring to boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 mins.
  2. Add MAGGI® Vegetable Soup; stir irregularly and simmer on low heat for another 10 mins.
