Ingredients
- 900 g potato, peeled and cut into 1-2 cm cubes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
- 1 packet MAGGI® Coriander and Garlic Mix
- 2-3 tablespoon toasted pine seeds (optional garnish)

How to Prepare
- Preheat oven to 190°C and place rack on medium level
- Combine potatoes, MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic Mix, olive oil, and chili flakes in the oven bag and gently toss to coat.
- Use the provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray.
- Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 50 mins until potatoes are golden and fork tender.
- Carefully remove potatoes from bag and serve on small mezza plates.
