Batata Harra [Potatoes]

  • 900 g potato, peeled and cut into 1-2 cm cubes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 1 packet MAGGI® Coriander and Garlic Mix
  • 2-3 tablespoon toasted pine seeds (optional garnish)

How to Prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and place rack on medium level
  2. Combine potatoes, MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic Mix, olive oil, and chili flakes in the oven bag and gently toss to coat.
  3. Use the provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray.
  4. Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 50 mins until potatoes are golden and fork tender.
  5. Carefully remove potatoes from bag and serve on small mezza plates.
