Beans with Cheese Tortellini Soup

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 5 cups or 1250 ml water
  • 1 sachet of MAGGI® Spring Season Soup
  • 1 cup red canned kidney beans or 160 g, drained
  • 1 cup cheese tortellini or 100 g, readymade

How to Prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a large saucepan, add and cook the garlic over medium heat for 1 min or until fragrant.
  2. Add water and MAGGI® Spring Season Soup. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 mins with occasional stirring.
  3. Add kidney beans and cheese tortellini. Simmer for 5 mins with constant stirring until tortellini is cooked.
