Bouillabaisse-French Seafood Soup

A mouth-watering French delicacy cooked with baby clams and tiger prawns. This dishes ideal for seafood lovers. Serve hot with garlic bread.


  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 200 g baby clams
  • 200 g tiger prawns
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 200 g white fish fillet

How to Prepare

  1. In a deep saucepan sauté garlic in vegetable oil until aromatic but not golden. Add tomato paste, thyme, baby clams, tiger prawns and sauté for another 2-3 mins.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil. Add MAGGI® Chicken Noodle Soup and fish pieces, and simmer over medium heat until fish is cooked.
  3. Serve with sliced baguette on the side.
