Broccoli and Spring Season Soup

  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 150 g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Spring Season Soup
  • 1 tablespoon spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. Add water, broccoli, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and MAGGI® Spring Season Soup to a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10 mins.
  3. Sprinkle with spring onions and coriander and serve.
