Calamari and Mushroom Soup

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 300 g calamari, cut into small cubes
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 5½ cups water or 1375 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 medium tomato or 150 g, peeled and finely chopped
  • Pinch of ground black pepper, to taste

How to Prepare

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add and cook calamari, garlic and coriander for 3-4 mins.
  2. Add water, MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup and tomato. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins.
  3. Season with black pepper and serve.
