Carrot Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 medium carrot or 150 g, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • Pinch of ground black pepper

How to Prepare

  1. Add water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup in a large saucepan. Bring to boil under constant stirring.
  2. Add carrot and garlic then simmer for 10 –15 mins or until carrot is cooked.
  3. Blend soup mixture in electric blender with the butter until smooth.
  4. Return soup to a saucepan. Season with pepper and simmer for another 2 mins then serve.
