Chicken and Leek Asparagus Soup

Chicken and leek asparagus soup makes for a comforting and satisfying meal. Serve with a dollop of sour cream for extra substance.


  • 1 chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup leeks, chopped
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

How to Prepare

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the shallots.
  2. Add the chicken and leeks, and sprinkle white pepper.
  3. Add the MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup to the water and bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 2 mins and serve with some sour cream and croutons.
