- 1 chicken breast, cut into small cubes
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup leeks, chopped
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup
- 2 cups water
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
How to Prepare
- In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the shallots.
- Add the chicken and leeks, and sprinkle white pepper.
- Add the MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup to the water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 2 mins and serve with some sour cream and croutons.
