- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Chicken Noodle Soup
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
How to Prepare
- Sauté carrots in vegetable oil until slightly golden. Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni, chicken and MAGGI® Chicken Noodle Soup, and simmer over medium heat until the pasta is soft.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with bread.
