Ingredients
- 4½ cups water or 1125 ml
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1½ cups pumpkin or 220 g, cut into small dices
- ½ cup MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder or 50 g, dissolved in ½ cup or 125ml water
- 200 g chicken breast fillet, cut into small cubes
- Pinch of ground black pepper

How to Prepare
- Add water, MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup, pumpkin and the dissolved MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder in a large saucepan, bring to boil while stirring. Simmer over low heat for 10 mins or until pumpkin is cooked.
- Place soup in a food processor and blend it well until very smooth. Strain and return to the same pot. Add chicken and simmer for 5 mins or until chicken is cooked.
- Season with pepper, stir and serve.
