Chicken and Vegetables Soup

  • 6 cups water or 1½ litres
  • ¼ cup Egyptian rice or 50 g, washed
  • 200 g skinned chicken breast fillets, cut into small cubes
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Vegetables Soup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. Add water and rice in a large saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer covered for 10 mins or until rice is ½ cooked.
  2. Add chicken and MAGGI® Vegetables Soup to the saucepan, stir and simmer for another 10 mins.
  3. Add chopped parsley. Stir and serve immediately.
  4. Tip: Add a small pinch of mastic powder to enhance more the flavor.
