Chicken Spring Season Soup

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 250 g Chicken breast fillets, cut into cubes
  • 100 g Leeks, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 small dried lime, pierced
  • 5 cups Water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup

How to Prepare

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add and cook chicken over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add leek and turmeric and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add lime, water and MAGGI Spring Season Soup. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Season with black pepper and serve.
