Chicken with Pineapple Chunks and Red Peppers

This mouthwatering meal blends the flavors of sweet and tangy pineapple with hot bell peppers. This is a must have dish for your next party.


  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic Mix
  • 1 bag Sadia frozen chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

How to Prepare

  1. Place Sadia frozen chicken thighs in oven bag. Add MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic spice mix, add pineapple and bell pepper and mix together.
  2. Use provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray.
  3. Place tray in a preheated oven at 200°C and cook for 50 mins. Remove tray from oven, cut oven bag and transfer chicken and pour sauce from bag over chicken and vegetables.
