Chinese Prawns Soup

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger,chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic,crushed
  • 6 cups or 1500 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Vegetable Soup
  • 400 g peeled prawns, medium size, cleaned
  • 120 g egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions thinly sliced

How to Prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add and cook ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add water, soy sauce and MAGGI® Vegetables Soup. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 5 mins.
  3. Add prawns and noodles. Bring to boil and simmer for another 5 mins or until prawns and noodles are cooked.
  4. Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.
