Coconut Curried Chicken Soup

  • 6 cups water or 1500 ml
  • 1 chicken breast or 250 g, cut into thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon yellow curry paste
  • ¼ cup MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder or 25 g
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon spring onions, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. Add water, chicken, curry paste, MAGGI® Coconut Milk powder and MAGGI® Chicken Noodle Soup to a large saucepan, bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 10-15 mins.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and spring onions then serve.
