Corn Chowder Soup



  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 4 cups water
  • 40 g lemon
  • 1 packet MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup corn, yellow, kernels, frozen

How to Prepare

  1. In a medium pot heat vegetable oil, add potatoes, celery and corn and sauté until soft.
  2. Add water and MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 mins.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
