Cream of Chicken and Green Peas Soup

  • 4.5 cups Water or 1125 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup frozen green peas or 160 g, thawed
  • 200 g chicken breasts, boiled and finely shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Spring onions, sliced
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

How to Prepare

  1. Add water and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup to a large sauce pan. Bring to boil with constant stirring.
  2. Add green peas and simmer for 8 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth using as stick blender or kitchen blender.
  3. Return soup to the saucepan and add shredded chicken and cook for 5 another minutes.
  4. Stir in the spring onions and pepper and serve.
