Cream of Lentil Soup

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion or 100 g, chopped
  • 5 cups Water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Carnation Evaporated Milk or 170 g

How to Prepare

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add onions and cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add water, MAGGI Lentil Soup and bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, and NESTLÉ Carnation Evaporated Milk. Cook for 1 minute then remove from heat.
  4. Serve with toasted croutons.
