Cream of Vegetables Soup

Creamy vegetable soup, with extra cheese, is quick and is good for kids as it has not many spices. Check out other recipes in MAGGI® Arabia for more home cooking inspirations


  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 small Onion or 100 g, finely chopped
  • 4.5 cups Water or 1125 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas or 80 g, thawed
  • 1 small Carrot or 100 g, diced
  • 1 small Zucchini or 100 g, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower or 75 g, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add and cook onions for 3-4 minutes or until softened.
  2. Add water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup, bring to boil while stirring.
  3. Add green peas, carrot, baby zucchinis and cauliflower and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve with toasted croutons.
