Creamy Corn Soup

  • 5 cups Water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tin canned sweetcorn, drained or 400 g
  • 1/4 cup liquid cream or 60 ml, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnishing

How to Prepare

  1. Add water and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup and sweet corn to a large sauce pan. Bring to boil with constant stirring.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth using as stick blender or kitchen blender then strain.
  3. Return the strained soup to the saucepan. Bring to boil, stir with cream.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
