Fish & Tamarind Saloona



  • 5 pieces kingfish
  • 2 onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 1½ cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Juicy Chicken Lemon Pepper Mix
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • A handful of coriander leaves

How to Prepare

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bag provided.
  2. Add the MAGGI® Juicy Chicken Lemon Pepper Mix, mix well and seal the bag.
  3. Place in an oven tray and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with white rice.
