- 100 g chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn
- Handful leaves of fresh Thai basil
How to Prepare
- Sauté chicken in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Add curry powder and cook for another 1 minute.
- Add water, MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn
- Add coconut milk powder and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 mins until slightly thick.
- Serve with fresh basil as garnish.
