Green Curry Coconut Soup



  • 100 g chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn
  • Handful leaves of fresh Thai basil

How to Prepare

  1. Sauté chicken in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Add curry powder and cook for another 1 minute.
  2. Add water, MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn
  3. Add coconut milk powder and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 mins until slightly thick.
  4. Serve with fresh basil as garnish.
