Grilled Chicken & Potato Soup

Slices of grilled golden chicken breast with potatoes make this soup a truly filling meal. Perfect as a party starter or an family  dinner. 


  • 4 medium chicken breast pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium boiled potato, skin removed and cut into cubes
  • 4 cups water, room temperature
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Fresh dill leaves (optional garnish)

How to Prepare

  1. Cook the chicken breast on both sides in a deep pan until fully done and golden. Then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan combine boiled potatoes, water and MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup, and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for five mins until slightly thick. Optionally, use a hand blender to puree the soup for a smooth finish.
  3. Slice the chicken breast diagonally and place at the bottom of a serving bowl. Pour soup over, and optionally garnish with fresh dill before serving.
