Lebanese Mulokhya

  • 800 g mulokhya leaves, frozen mulokya can also be used
  • 800 g chicken breast, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 sachet MAGGI ® Juicy Chicken Lemon & Pepper Mix
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and place rack on medium level.
  2. Combine mulokhya leaves, MAGGI® Juicy Lemon & Pepper mix, olive oil, chicken pieces, garlic, coriander and olive oil.
  3. Use provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray.
  4. Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 40 mins.
  5. Carefully remove from bag and serve the Lebanese Mulokhyaon on a warm plate with sauce.
