- 800 g mulokhya leaves, frozen mulokya can also be used
- 800 g chicken breast, cut into medium pieces
- 1 sachet MAGGI ® Juicy Chicken Lemon & Pepper Mix
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Prepare
- Preheat oven to 180°C and place rack on medium level.
- Combine mulokhya leaves, MAGGI® Juicy Lemon & Pepper mix, olive oil, chicken pieces, garlic, coriander and olive oil.
- Use provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray.
- Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 40 mins.
- Carefully remove from bag and serve the Lebanese Mulokhyaon on a warm plate with sauce.
