Lemon Chicken Soup

A light healthy chicken soup recipe with Greek flavors! Couscous, shredded chicken breast, chive, and crumbled feta make it delicious. The lemon gives the soup a zesty fresh taste.


  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 cup mushrooms or 100 g, chopped
  • 1 chicken breast or 250 g, cut into thin slices
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 small piece lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon spring onions, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. Place water, mushrooms, chicken and MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil under constant stirring and simmer covered over low heat for 15 mins.
  3. Add the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the parsley and spring onions then serve.
