Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion or 100 g, finely chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms or 100 g, quartered
- 1 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 5 cups water or 1250 ml
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Lentil Soup
- Pinch of ground black pepper

How to Prepare
- Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 4 mins.
- Add garlic, parsley and curry and cook for 1 min.
- Add water and MAGGI® Lentil Soup. Bring to boil and simmer for 10–15 mins or until cooked.
- Season with pepper and serve.
