Lentil Mushroom Soup

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion or 100 g, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms or 100 g, quartered
  • 1 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Lentil Soup
  • Pinch of ground black pepper

How to Prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 4 mins.
  2. Add garlic, parsley and curry and cook for 1 min.
  3. Add water and MAGGI® Lentil Soup. Bring to boil and simmer for 10–15 mins or until cooked.
  4. Season with pepper and serve.
