- 1 sachet MAGGI® Indian Masala Mix
- ½ low-fat yogurt
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to Prepare
- In a large bowl, combine MAGGI® Indian Masala Mix, low-fat yogurt, and vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
- Add cauliflowers and coat with mix.
- Place on a baking dish and roast in a preheated oven to 180°C until golden.
- Remove and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
