Mini Meat Cups with Mashed Potato Frosting

Mini meat cups with mashed potato frosting look like dainty cupcakes with fluffy frosting. These kid-approved meat cupcakes are piped with creamy mashed potatoes. 



  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 2 MAGGI® Chicken Stock with Natural Herbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 zucchini, shredded
  • For the frosting:
  • 2 big potatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg

How to Prepare

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with egg, breadcrumbs, carrot, zucchini, onion and barbecue sauce.
  3. Crumble MAGGI® Chicken Stock with Natural Herbs and mix well.
  4. Divide into muffin tray and bake for 35 minutes in a medium preheated oven.
  5. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mash the potatoes with cream cheese and milk.
  6. Season with pepper and nutmeg and transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
  7. When the meat loaves are cooked, garnish with the potato mixture using the piping bag.
