Mubakbaka with Kabsa Spices

  • 500 g pasta shells
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Kabsa Mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove, diced
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cups water

How to Prepare

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion.
  2. Add garlic, minced meat, MAGGI® Kabsa Mix, tomato paste and stir.
  3. Add the pasta, tomatoes and water. Cover and keep cooking until the pasta becomes tender.
  4. Garnish with parsley and coriander.
