Mushroom and Cheese Soup

  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese or 100 g, grated
  • Pinch of ground black pepper, to taste

How to Prepare

  1. Place water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup in a large saucepan, bring to boil while constantly stirring then simmer for 10 mins.
  2. Add cheese and stir until it melts. Do not boil.
  3. Season with black pepper to taste.
  4. Top the soup with sliced green onion and herbed croutons.
