Mushroom Cheese Tortellini Soup

  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 small carrot or 75 g, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheese tortellini or 100 g
  • ¼ cup spring onions or 20 g, cut into thin slices
  • ½ tablespoon fresh parsley

How to Prepare

  1. Add water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup to a large saucepan. Bring to boil under constant stirring.
  2. Add carrot and the cheese tortellini. Simmer over low heat for 10- 12 mins or until tortellini are cooked.
  3. Stir in the spring onions and parsley leaves and serve.
