Mushroom Chicken Oat Cream Soup

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion or 70 g, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mushrooms or 50 g, finely chopped
  • 4½ cups water or 1125 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Chicken Oat Soup
  • ⅓ cup liquid cream or 80 ml

How to Prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, sauté chopped onion and chopped mushroom for 3 mins or until they tender. Add water and MAGGI® Chicken Oat Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 10 mins.
  2. Add the fresh liquid cream, stir and serve.
