Mushroom Tiramisoup

A humble yet appetizing soup for your family. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.


  • 4 cups water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 4 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese, divided
  • 12 crackers
  • 4 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. In a deep saucepan combine water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 5 mins until it's the right consistency.
  2. Place a cracker flat on the bottom of a serving bowl. Add ½ tablespoon Mascarpone on top and layer with a second cracker. Add another ½ tablespoon Mascarpone and another cracker on top. Repeat for all 4 serving bowls.
  3. Gently pour soup over and around the cracker and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
