Prawns and Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 4½ cups water or 1125 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI®Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 300 g peeled prawns, diced
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 small tomato peeled and finely chopped or 100 g
  • 1 small carrot finely chopped or 100 g

How to Prepare

  1. Place water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup in a large saucepan, bring to a boil constantly stirring.
  2. Add prawns, garlic, tomato, and carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins.
  3. Serve with toasted herb croutons.
