Salmon Coconut Soup

  • 3½ cups water or 875 ml
  • 1 tin or 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely sliced
  • 200 g salmon fillet cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Prepare

  1. Add water, coconut milk, MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup, curry powder and ginger in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil under constant stirring.
  2. Add salmon and simmer for 10 mins.
  3. Stir in fresh coriander and lemon juice and serve.
