- 3½ cups water or 875 ml
- 1 tin or 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely sliced
- 200 g salmon fillet cut into cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Prepare
- Add water, coconut milk, MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup, curry powder and ginger in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil under constant stirring.
- Add salmon and simmer for 10 mins.
- Stir in fresh coriander and lemon juice and serve.
