Saudi Meat Kebab-Kebab El Mirou

  • ½ kg minced beef
  • ½ cup plain flour or 70 g
  • ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon, dissolved in ¼ cup or 60ml water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, or ghee

How to Prepare

  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the flour, all spices, garlic, egg and the dissolved MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cubes until a well-combined mixture form. Divide the mixture into small equal size balls.
  2. Heat oil or ghee in a large frying pan and fry the meat balls for 4-5 mins or until golden brown.
