Seafood Asparagus and Coconut Soup

  • 4 cups water or 1 liter
  • 3 tablespoons MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup
  • ½ teaspoon yellow curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 250 g seafood mix, thawed if frozen
  • 200 g white fish fillets chopped coarsely
  • ½ tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

How to Prepare

  1. Add water, MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder, MAGGI® Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup, yellow curry paste and ginger to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil constantly stirring.
  2. Add in the mixed seafood and fish, then simmer for 8-10 mins.
  3. Stir in fresh coriander and serve.
