Seafood Minestrone Soup

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 150 g calamari cut into cubes
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • ½ teaspoon dried lime powder
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 4 cups water or 1000 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 100 g peeled shrimps, cleaned
  • 100 g hammour fillet cut into cubes

How to Prepare

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan, add calamari, garlic, dried lime powder, tomato paste and cook with stirring for 2 to 3 mins.
  2. Add water, MAGGI® 11 Vegetables Soup, and then bring to boil.
  3. Add shrimps and fish cubes.
  4. Simmer for 10 mins and serve.
