Shrimps and Cauliflower Soup

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small finely chopped onion or 100 g
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 4.5 cups water or 1125 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI®Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup
  • 150 g finely chopped cauliflower
  • 150 g peeled and cleaned shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • A pinch of chilli powder

How to Prepare

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic, stirring for 3-4 mins or until onion is tender.
  2. Add water, MAGGI®Excellence Duo Asparagus Soup, cauliflower and shrimps. Bring to a boil while stirring.Simmer for 10-12 mins then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in coriander leaves and chili pepper. Using a stick blender, blend the soup until smooth.
  4. Serve with toasted croutons.
