Spicy Cream of Chicken & Corn Soup

Every spoonful of this soup offers a bite of succulent chicken cooked to perfection with spicy harissa paste. Savour with your choice of flatbread or farmhouse bread.


  • 100 g chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons harissa paste
  • 2 cups water, room temperature
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn
  • Fresh coriander leaves (optional garnish)

How to Prepare

  1. Sauté the chicken in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Add harissa paste and cook for another 1 min.
  2. Add water and MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn, and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 mins until slightly thick.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with flat bread and salad.
