- 100 g chicken breast, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons harissa paste
- 2 cups water, room temperature
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn
- Fresh coriander leaves (optional garnish)
How to Prepare
- Sauté the chicken in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Add harissa paste and cook for another 1 min.
- Add water and MAGGI® Excellence Chicken Soup with Corn, and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 mins until slightly thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with flat bread and salad.
