Spring Season Shrimps Soup

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion or 50 g, chopped
  • 200 g peeled shrimps, small size, cleaned
  • 5 cups Water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup
  • 1 medium Tomato or 150 g, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup fresh baby corn or 150 g, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 small Carrot or 70 g, grated
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or 75 g, chopped, coarse stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a saucepan, add chopped onions and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add shrimps and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add water and MAGGI Spring Season Soup. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 7 minutes then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for another 3-4 minutes over low heat.
  4. Add lemon juice and serve.
