Tofu with Chicken Soup

  • 200 g Chicken breast fillets, skinned and cut into thin slices
  • 6 cups Water or 1500 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 cup Mushrooms or 100 g, cut into quarters
  • 1 medium Carrot or 150 g, cut into round slices
  • 1 cup Broccoli or 150 g, cut into small florets
  • 1/4 teaspoon White ground pepper
  • 200 g Tofu, cut into medium cubes

How to Prepare

  1. Add chicken, water, MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup and mushroom in a large saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 6-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  2. Add carrots, broccoli florets and white pepper, simmer for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add tofu, stir gently and serve.
