Tuscan Beans and Vegetables Soup

  • 1 small Onion or 70 g, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • 2 sticks Celery, sliced
  • 3 Tomatoes or 450 g, peeled and diced
  • 1 large Carrot or 150 g, cut into cubes
  • 1 tin Red canned kidney beans or 425 g, drained
  • 5 cups Water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste

How to Prepare

  1. Add chopped onions, garlic, celery slices, tomatoes, carrot cubes, kidney beans and water in a large saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, covered.
  2. Add MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup and tomato paste. Simmer uncovered on low heat for another 10 minutes uncovered.
  3. Serve hot.
