Lamb and Artichoke Soup

This lamb and artichoke soup is perfect for a late dinner when you're starting to feel too lazy to go to the restaurant but also too lazy to whip up something delicious!


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 250 g minced lamb
  • 100 g artichoke hearts, frozen, cut into thin slices
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® 11 Vegetable Soup
  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. Melt butter in a pan, add and cook meat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add artichoke, MAGGI® 11 Vegetables Soup and water. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice and parsley, season with salt and black pepper and serve.
